Delivery & Returns
Most of our products are shipped directly from the supplier and so we use a range of couriers. Our standard delivery is 1 – 2 days for orders placed before 3pm. Most orders will be delivered next day where possible. We offer free delivery to UK mainland for all orders over £100.
Exchanges and refunds
Returning a faulty item
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it including delivery costs. Please contact us to arrange returning your product.
After 30 days, we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customer with damaged goods can get a replacement product or full refund.
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Please return your item unused and in original condition with proof of purchase within 35 days, and we will provide you with an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. You will be responsible for postage costs to return the item.
By original condition we mean:
- you’ve kept all original packaging and the product can be resold at full price
- you haven’t used the product
Orders placed in error
If you no longer require the products you have ordered please contact us immediately. We will cancel your order with no charge. If the order has already been dispatched by courier please refuse the goods when delivered, on receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund less the delivery charge.
